This webinar explores how to support language growth for AAC users through simple, repeatable therapy routines. Participants will start by building a clear understanding of what "generative language" is and why it matters for communication growth. From there, we'll look at how structured routines can create consistent opportunities for practice. The session will also highlight the key features of effective routines, including how to keep them engaging, predictable, and adaptable to individual needs. Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can use right away to support AAC users who are working to build communication skills beyond single words. Rachael Langley is a speech-language pathologist working as an Augmentative/Alternative Communication (AAC) Consultant. For over 20 years, her career has focused primarily on supporting students with complex communication needs in both educational and clinical settings. Most recently, Rachael has joined the AssistiveWare team, where she supports product development and training.
