Everything you need to know about ableU courses, registration, and earning your ASHA CEUs.
We recently made updates to ableU to make access easier and improve the overall user experience. With these changes, there is no need to log in, and the myableU dashboard is no longer available. If you need a copy of previous certificates, please reach out to us at customerservice@ablenetinc.com
ableU is AbleNet's continuing education program offering ASHA-approved courses. Our webinars are designed for speech-language pathologists, educators, caregivers, and parents.
If you pay the ASHA CE Registry Fee:
1. Attend the live webinar or watch the recording.
2. Receive a score of 80% or higher on the assessment attached to each webinar.
3. Check "yes" when asked if you want AbleNet to report your information to ASHA on the assessment form.
4. AbleNet will report your results to ASHA and the course will automatically appear on your transcript.
If you do not pay the ASHA CE Registry Fee:
1. Attend the live webinar or watch the recording.
2. Receive a score of 80% or higher on the assessment attached to each webinar. You will be sent a Certificate of Completion after submitting the assessment.
3. Submit your certificate to ASHA.
To receive your certificate of completion, you must complete the assessment attached to the course with a score of 80% or above. After completing the assessment, your certificate will be emailed to you. If you do not recieve the email, please contact us at customerservice@ablenetinc.com
For live courses, we report to ASHA after one week. To be reported to ASHA you must score an 80% or above and select "yes" when asked "do you want this course reported to ASHA?"
On-demand webinars are reported once a month. Courses completed in one month will be reported at the beginning of the following month. For example, all on-demand courses taken in November will be reported in early December. ASHA then takes a few days to process those reports.
Yes! All ableU course registrations are completely free. Simply fill out the registration form on any course page to get started.
